Shipping policy

Elisa Capitanio maintains full ownership of the products until full payment has been obtained.

Unless specified otherwise, your order will be shipped within 2-3 business days after it has been fully paid for. You will receive a confirmation shipping email once your order has been dispatched. This email will contain your tracking number (where applicable) and corresponding link.

• Small paintings are wrapped in protective paper and shipped in secure heavyweight cardboard envelopes.
• Large paintings and canvases are wrapped in protective paper and bubble wrap or similar and shipped in secure cardboard postal packs.

If you purchase more than one painting, they will be shipped together in one pack.

All orders are shipped through Irish Post. Orders to Ireland, the UK, and Europe are sent standard as Regular (no tracking number) or Registered (with a tracking number) mail. Orders to the rest of the world are shipped as Registered Standard Insured.

 

Please note shipping time might vary depending on your location.

• Ireland, UK and Europe: usually 1 - 12 business days
• Rest of World: 10 - 15 business days

 

It is the receiver's responsibility to arrange for safe and proper delivery. If a shipment is returned as undeliverable, I will contact you to make arrangements for re-shipment. Customers in this situation will have to pay for the additional shipment costs.
