Spritz & Strokes Event - Additional Details

For groups of 6 or more, to ensure a smooth and enjoyable event, here are a few key details:

Duration & Setup: The session runs for approximately 3 hours, with 30 minutes for setup and 15 minutes for clean-up.

Materials Provided: I’ll bring everything needed: canvases, paints, brushes, easels, and disposable aprons.
I do not provide tables, but I can bring table covers if needed.

Aperol, Prosecco & Nibbles: I will provide the painting experience, the drinks, nibbles and disposable glasses/plates. Food allergies and/or preferences will have to be agreed 7 days prior the event.

Suggested Timing: Afternoon or evening usually works best, but we’ll agree on the details together.

On the Day: I’ll need access to tables, water, and a fridge with freezer.


💳 Payment & Terms

Booking & Deposit

A non-refundable deposit is required to confirm the booking and secure the date.
A Stripe payment link or my website checkout will be provided once we agree on a date.


Quote & Pricing

  • €15 per person if you provide the food and drinks

  • €40 per person if I provide the food and drinks 
    If you request a specific brand or higher-end Prosecco, the price per person will be adjusted accordingly.
    Additional requests may also be added to the final quote.


Final Participant Numbers & Adjustments

With Food and Drinks Provided by Me

  • Final guest count must be confirmed no later than 7 days before the event.

  • If fewer attendees than originally planned: €15 per person will be deducted.

  • For last-minute additions (after the 7-day mark): €50 per person will be added.

With Food and Drinks Provided by you

  • Final guest count must be confirmed no later than 7 days before the event.

  • If fewer attendees than planned: €10 per person will be deducted.

  • For last-minute additions: €20 per person will be added.


Final Payment

The remaining balance must be paid in full before the event begins.
This allows me to finalise materials, refreshments, and preparation.
If payment is not received, the session will not go ahead.

Payment Method

All payments are made via Stripe. A secure payment link will be emailed to you.


Cancellations & Changes

Any exceptions to the above must be agreed in writing by both parties before the final payment.

If I Need to Cancel

If I’m unable to run the event due to illness or unforeseen circumstances, you’ll receive a full refund or we can reschedule.
I’ll notify you as early as possible and do my best to provide a positive solution.
I take every event seriously and prepare with care—but your safety and mine come first. Thanks for understanding.


Insurance

For your peace of mind, I hold public liability insurance, in line with Irish event and safety requirements.
